Privacy
This page is a placeholder, not a privacy policy. Whoever runs the template needs their own version, reviewed by a lawyer.
What is stored
For an account the application stores name, email address, role, language and a hash of the password. The password itself is never stored. Users who turn on two-factor sign-in also store an encrypted key and hashes of the recovery codes, and for each passkey its name, public key and when it was added and last used.
Logs
Server logs contain method, path, status, response time and a request ID, but no form data and no tokens from email links. For each account the application keeps an activity log of security events such as sign-ins and password changes. It holds the time, the kind of event and a rough device label like “Firefox · Windows”, but no IP addresses.
Emails
The application only sends messages about the account: confirmation links, password reset links and notices about security changes. There is no advertising and no newsletter.
Cookies
There is one technically necessary session cookie. It is only set when you open a form, sign in or switch the language. There is no tracking, no external fonts and no scripts from other servers.
Retention
Sessions end after inactivity and at the latest after a fixed maximum. Refresh tokens and email links expire after their lifetime, the activity log after 180 days. All of it is deleted automatically.
Your rights
Signed in, you can download all your data as a file, change name, email address and password, and delete the account together with its activity log.
